Welcome to the Union Hill School District's online Application for Admission for NEW students entering TK through 8th grade. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

Important: During this Application process, your address will be verified by our system. If your address is not found, please contact the school. 

ALL ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION MUST BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 13, 2026 TO BE ENTERED INTO THE PUBLIC RANDOM DRAWING.

• Students TK-6th grade with verifying documentation of admission priority, who complete the online application before the April 13 deadline, will be enrolled into available seats in the order in which they are drawn.
• Students without admission priority, who complete the online enrollment process before the deadline of April 13, will be entered in the public random drawing and enrolled into any remaining available seats in the order in which they are drawn.

 

Enrollment priorities that qualify an incoming TK-8th grade student priority admission are:

• UHSD Resident
• Sibling of a currently enrolled student in grades TK-8
• Parent/Guardian working 10 or more hours per week within the UHSD boundaries (Allen Bill).
  • Please print a copy of the Allen Bill form (if applicable). Form must be completed by your employer and returned to the Union Hill School Office for approval.

Students applying at Union Hill Middle School (7th and 8th grade) must live within the district boundaries to be guaranteed admission.

**MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS (GRADES 7-8) who DO NOT reside within the Union Hill School District boundaries, must submit an Interdistrict Attendance Agreement (IAA).

• An Interdistrict Attendance Agreement (IAA) is a form which requests your district of residence to release you from their district. If approved, the IAA is then sent to Union Hill School District to be accepted or denied.

**ALL STUDENTS GRADE TK-8 requesting admission must complete the Union Hill School District Attendance Agreement and Behavior Contract (click link). Please attach the signed contract on the Document Upload page.

The public random drawing will be held on April 28, 2026. During this process all students with an application in 'Completed' status will be drawn and a grade level prioritized waiting list will be developed. As grade level vacancies occur, students will be offered enrollment according to the prioritized waiting list. In an effort to keep families intact, siblings of students will also be offered admission should there be respective grade-level vacancies. Students with completed online applications dated after the April 13 deadline, will be added to the bottom of the waiting list and enrolled only when grade level vacancies are available. To begin, click the "Enroll A New Student" button.
